OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Our processing time is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays.
All orders _Domestic AND international_ are shipped through USPS.
Standard shipping will be using USPS First Class Mail Service. Generally delivered in 2-6 business days.
If you need it faster, consider upgrading to USPS Priority Mail Service. The additional charge will be automatically calculated at checkout.
If you want to receive your order in a 1-3 days’ timeframe, select USPS Priority mail Express at checkout.
International orders will be shipping via USPS International. USPS International may take longer than domestic shipping _ up to 5 weeks.
ADDRESSES: To make sure your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the above time frames, please check thoroughly that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This include the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information.
Once your order has been shipped, we can’t change the address.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Delay caused by Postal Service or Weather is out of our control. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery.
OUT OF STOCK:
ROOTS PRIDE does collect payment at time order is placed, However, we cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will do our best to notify you of this via email. Most often, it will be noted in the item description if it is out of stock. WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE?
ROOTS PRIDE is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLE, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.
You may track your package using the supplied tracking number sent via confirmation email.
As a friendly reminder, If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with USPS.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DEFECTS
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
Please understand that we CANNOT restock items once they leave our stock, Therefore ALL sales are FINAL:
NO refunds will be accepted.

20% RESTOCK FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF WE DO DECIDE TO ACCEPT A RETURN. RESTOCK COVERS PAID WORKERS AND SHIPPING MATERIALS
