RETURNS
We are committed to your satisfaction.
We will replace any item if your product has been damaged in transit or if you have been sent the wrong item. Just send us a photo of the item and we will initiate a replacement immediately.
Timeframe: Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition of the Product: The product you're returning must be in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories. It should not show signs of use or damage that occurred after your purchase.
Proof of Purchase: We require a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to return the item or request a refund.

Return costs: Be aware of who is responsible for return shipping costs. Some sellers may provide prepaid return labels, while others may require you to cover the cost.
Refund Method: We do not offer prepaid return label. Buyers pay for return shipping costs.
Exceptions: Certain products or situations may not be covered by the 15-day return policy. For example, perishable items, masks, customized or personalized products, and digital downloads might not be eligible for returns.

REFUNDS
If customer didn't pay for shipping because the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fee already paid to the postal service to send your item in the first place will be deducted from the refund. Typically $4.5 for domestic orders and $18 for international orders (may vary)
