Will the necklace and pendant change color?

We absolutely guarantee that your pendant will not change color, the chain necklace which is a bonus will change color over time.

However, both pendant and chain necklace will last years if you follow these care tips.


Can I shower in my necklace?

Yes & No. Your necklace will last for years should you avoid the contact of water.

What are your shipping policies?

  • Processing: Our processing time is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays.
  • Shipping: All orders are shipped by using USPS First Class Mail Service. Generally delivered in 2-6 business days.
If you need it faster, consider upgrade to USPS Priority Mail Service. The additional charge will be automatically calculated at checkout.
If you want to receive your order in a 1-3 days’ timeframe, select USPS Priority mail Express at checkout.
International orders:
Import duties, any additional taxes and custom fees are not included in your order and the shipping fee. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for these.

What happens if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?

When placing your order, please make sure that the shipping address is correct. Once your order has been shipped, we can’t change the address.

Roots Pride will not be held liable to any miss-routed parcels caused by wrong address entered by customer and the shipping cost will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Also you will have to repurchase the item for us to re-ship it.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?

We are not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages as it is outside of our control once we drop off the packages to the Post Office. Please purchase insurance if you are concerned about your order.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) or if there is any problem with your order, please CONTACT US before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you might have.

Do you have any fee on returns?

YES, we charge a 20% restocking fee for ALL returns item.
The restock fee covers shipping materials and labor working to package and ship materials.
